Having finally made it through both Christmas and the New Year we can now concentrate our efforts on getting the business up and running (only a year after the plans started). We will keep in contact reguarly on the blog with news as to opening dates and of course the promised recipes.

We’ll be making a brief appearance at the Christmas Food Fair On Thursday 18th December and hope to see and chat to as many as possible. You may even be in time to try some Turkey Broth or the Asian Turkey Stir Fry.
