On visiting the site this morning, I felt that things are finally moving forward. You can now see where the kitchen will be situated and be able to get a better idea of how we will finally look. Although I hesitate to put a date on paper, if all things go to plan we are hoping to open on the 2nd February - however will keep you updated on this as the builders move forwards.

Having finally made it through both Christmas and the New Year we can now concentrate our efforts on getting the business up and running (only a year after the plans started). We will keep in contact reguarly on the blog with news as to opening dates and of course the promised recipes.
